The Fortified

The Fortified are worshippers of Dathyei.

History

As all The 10 Pillars religions did, they emerged some time after Disus Kape discovered The 10 Pillars Structure.

Tenets of Faith

The Fortfied present these as their tenets:

Build integrity. Honour the foundation. Protect and preserve. Create for the future.

Ethics

The Fortified believe that 'every stone must be laid with purpose', or rather, that a process must be followed in creation with complete focus on each step and task to create a solid final result. Full engagement in a project is key to them, regardless of how long that process might take. The process of creation is just as important as the final result, and the challenges found within are a lesson towards perfection. There is also a sense of protection towards creations, however, that results in creations and processes being kept from others.

Worship

The act of creation is an act of worship, regardless of the thing being created. Rituals may involve physical construction of objects, buildings, or weapons, or equally they may be of a more metaphysical construction, in building mental strength.
