Session 29: Hell Report

General Summary

The moment the doors open to the tavern 'Hell' Nahemah Dai'Gishkin is reminded of her aunt Kaelyn, where the smell of cooked meats, voracious and loud, cheerful music playing, and more than a handful of people fighting over the gambling taking place at numerous tables throughout the tavern. The tavern itself is mostly held together by dreams, and too many nails in wood to really have it take any noticable effect. Three stories of tables can be seen from the base layer of the tavern. Eleanor Primrose instantly recognizes the bar on the right side of the room, that looks like it has a kitchen that goes even further beyond it, with waiters constantly coming in and out of the doors on both side of the bar, wearing what looks to be hells uniform, fake pink bat wings, with a matching bra and thong. Even the bartender, a hairy, miserable looking lithe man tends the bar, serving drinks with a grumpy attitude.
Attatched to the bar are the specials for the day:
  • Stag Steak & Lobster (Surf n Turf)
  • The Big potato
  • Apple Dragon Steak w/ Hazlenut Bear Tartar
Naomi looks about the tavern with suspicion before turning to Ayame. "Uh... Don't you think this place is liable to fall apart with a strong wind?"
Ayame nods in return. "Y-yeah... I guess thats what dragon attacks do to a place."
Eleanor, wearing a helment that covers most of her face, showing just her jaw comes up to the group and wraps her arms around ayame and Naomi's neck with a chuckle. "Welcome to hell, and let me tell you its not called that because of the dragon fire attacks."
"A-are we sure we should stay here?" Naomi says as she looks at all the shady looking people filling the tavern. Her eyes wander to a couple of people in the far right corner of the tavern, throwing knives into a dart board with a goblin, peacefully sleeping upside down in a sleeping bag, while a sign above the "Dart Board" says "Trust Exercises."
Ayame looks around, confused by the completely new type of society she is experiencing for the first time. "U-uhm, it will be fun!"
Eleanor gets off of Naomi and ayame and pats Nahemah's back, "Best place in town I think so long as you keep the interaction with anyone that's not staff to a minimum." She raises a hand to a nearby staff member, a tiefling carying a pigs head on a platter. "Could I get one of those apple dragon steaks and whatever strongest drink y'all got on hand tonight?"
"Two steaks for me and my friend!" Ragia Raflesia calls after the waitresss as well, while hugging her green dragonborn companion, who looks a little overwhelmed by everything going on.
As she says that, some armorclad fighter gets thrown from the 3rd story balcony and lands onto a table, shattering it to pieces and spilling beer all over a party of adventuerers, while at another table, a wizard waves his hand and the table starts to re-assemble itself.
"Sure hun, find yourself a table, but we can't sell that type o' liqour to non dwarves, so is beer ok?" she says taking the pigs head to a party of orcs, laughing over the adventuring party soaked in beer, and dig into the head with gusto.
Eleanor scoffs at the response, "No exceptions huh? Stingy dwarves... Well, common, lets find a table thats not broken."
After some scouting about on the main floor, the party happens to notice a few tables on the 2nd floor with a view of the downstairs area, and while Ragia Raflesia, Eleanor Primrose and Nahemah Dai'Gishkin get setled, ayame makes their way to the bar, her tails swishing about while a few drunks try to grab onto her tail.
As Ayame makes her way the bartender sighs. "Sorry, no breastmilk for our drinks today, what will it be?" Ayame just orders a beer and quickly makes her way back to the others.
Naomi sits down in a booth at the table and scoots her way close to Eleanor. "T-this place sure is... different..."
"I know its great ain't it?!" Eleanor says with a hearty laugh. "I'm a wanderer at my core, but this place was the most consistant place I passed out at for a while." She says, pausing for a moment as ayame sits down at the table. "Well, parts of this place were, lotta renovations happen with dragon attacks."
Naomi looks to Ayame as she sits down with a beer. "W-was that cheap?"
Ayame blinks and shrugs. "I assume so."
"You didn't pay?!"
"I guess not." Ayame says with an awkward chuckle, her ears flattening down onto her head.
Eleanor reaches over and pats Ayame. "Don't worry about that, trust me, you paid. Check your coins."
Ayame checks her coinpurse with a puzzled look, and after a brief count, finds that she is 1 copper short than what she remembers. "Huh... I guess I did pay."
"They make sure of it." Eleanor says with a chuckle, as three steaks are put onto the table by the tiefling waitress. The dragon steaks are a full haunch of what looks to be tail, with a side tartar of roasted hazlenuts, bear meat, oil and assorted spices, including salt.
Naomi, needing a drink herself slinks off downstairs to the bar, while the rest of the party starts digging into their food and drink, where she can hear someone crying in the kitchen as they are being shouted at. "ITS FUCKING RAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWW YOU TWAT!"
Naomi gulps as she makes her order. "H-hello? I'd like uhm... the big potato and something strong to drink... P-please?"
The bartender looks to Naomi, eying her up and down. Is apple juice sttrong enough for you kiddo?"
Nahemah pouts and points to the little nub of a horn sticking out of her head. "H-hey! I'm more than qualified to be here in 'Hell' s-so don't look down on me because I'm little! I'm almost 19 you know!! More than enough for a place like this."
"Okay, what would you like then?" The bartender asks as the door opens, from a waiter coming out with another plate of food, the screaming intensifying from inside. "THIS HAZLENUT IS SO OVERCOOKED I MISTOOK IT FOR MY DADS LOST TESTICLE GET THE FUCK OUT!"
"I want the strongest thing you'd feel safest givin' me!" Naomi says putting her hands on her hips with her chin in the air. She looks around one more time at the rickety building. "Also like, no offense but uhm... Is this place like, structually sound?"
"You know, I get asked the same question every single day." He says with a nod and pours her a drink. "Moody cider. The apples were harvested from treants." He says offering it to her. "Each glass is made from one apple, so you are always betting on how that treant was feeling when it was harvested."
"Interesting... But thank you!" She says with wide eyes before, discreetly sliding him a gold coin and pointing up to her table. "I'm like, goin' to be sittin' up there with my friends... If you could send any information dealers up there I'd pay you more after."
The bartender gladly takes the gold coin, leaning over the counter. "What sort of information are you looking for?"
At this point, Eleanor has already devoured her steak, while the dragonborn is having issues figuring out this 'fork and knife' situation. Eleanor stands up and makes her way to the bar, wrapping an arm around Naomi. "Got somethin good blondie?"
Naomi eeps and blushes, not expecting Eleanor to be this friendly with her. "Y-yeah! I was asking this..." She says looking the hairy, pink thong wearing bartender up and down. "Fine... barkeep if he could possibly send some info our way. We're looking for somethin' specific." She looks around before whispering to the barkeep. "We heard there was possibly a hoard of pre-consumption artifacts around this area. I'm willing to pay a significant amount towards information that leads towards the discovery of said cache."
Eleanor bonks Naomi's head lightly, "You just gave information away for free."
The bartender humms while Naomi shyly rubs her head. "That sort of information has been known to be pretty rare... Let me thinkk..." He says absentmindedly holding out his hand while looking like he is thinking.
Eleanor leers at the barkeep and pulls out three gold, placing it in his hand. "We're lookin for pretty rare."
"I just wanted to make sure he knew what we were lookin' for is all..." Naomi says before taking her first sip from the Moody Cider.
"Well, now that I think about it, He says taking the gold as Naomi sneezes from her drink. "I heard the rumors as well, but not where the guy went. I'll send someone your way within the hour who has the info however." he says handing Eleanor an elven mead. On the house." He says.
Nahemah looks the drink up and down, then back at the barkeep before taking another long sip. Eleanor chuckles, "Thank ya kindly." They say also taking a drink from their own glass. As naomi swallos she sneezes again, aparently the treant had some alergies when its apples were picked, but the alcohol is light, and the drink is tasty. ""Now lets get to the table before you have a hard time walkin there." Eleanor says while Naomi looks extactic as she rejoins the party.
"Wow! I didn't think it'd be that easy!" Naomi says with a huge smile, looking to Eleanor. 'Is this how my mom felt when she was my age? This is exhilarating; I feel like a real adventurer!"
Eleanor chuckles, her arm wrapped around Naomi as they sit. "Hah! This place is run by some shady types, but they have a code. Pay them right and they treat you right. You might be used to that kinda cash, but that was enough money to pay a normal bartender for a few months." She says before taking a swig, out of the corner of her eye, she sees someone get a bag shoved over their head and dragged outside by some slightly recognizable thugs. She lets out a sigh and shakes her head, returning to the conversation.
At this point, a grotesque, drunk goblin approaches Ayame Shiori, taking a sip from a flagon that he very much didn't need to take. He speaks to her with a slow, drawn out vowels for his accent, more akin to a deep woods hick. "I like your tails giiiiiirrrl."
"U-uhm... Thanks!" Ayame says forcing a smile.
Naomi takes another swig of her drink as she listens to Eleanor! "Like, this place is exactly the type of place I imagined my mom going to when I was younger! I...I will admit it's like, kinda...scary being here though..." She looks up at Eleanor and then towards Ayame as the goblin approaches the table "Having friends with me makes me feel safer though."
"Can I smell yer feet?" The goblin asks to Ayame before taking a swig, at which point Sebastians arm bursts force from Ayame's chest and slaps him hard across the face! Followed by ayame slapping the opposite cheek much less strongly. The goblin stumbles back and walks away, "She din say no, but felt like a no. Pa lied to me." He grumbles. "Tell em they purty, then tell em what you want, you can get em to do anythin. Dangnabbit pa." He continues grumbling going back downstairs.
Naomi eyes the goblin as he retreats, gripping her mug tightly. "That jerk is lucky I don't want to cause a scene..." She says fully aware she wouldn't do a damn thing.
Eleanor smirks and chuckles "Ya need to work on your warming them up." Says shouts to the goblin, looking down to Ayame "you almost started a barfight without me, I'm hurt Ayame"
Ayame blinks towards Naomi, unsure of how much more of a scene she could have caused, but shrugs it off. "W-well uhm... Sebastian slapped first!" She says with a cheeky smile to Eleanor.
Eleanor chuckles, "Sure Hun. Well better get cozy, we've gotta stick around for an hour til an information broker pops by. Try not to get too wasted though, shady types around here and we don't know just how valuable the info we have is yet."
Ayame nods, "I won't don't worry!"
Naomi sneezes after trying to sneak more of her drink.
After a few more minutes, the dragonborn snoozing in his seat while ragia pets and cuddles him, the waitress coming by and taking their empty plates and glasses.
"Well okay guess its me, you and seb here that's gonna be the ones to keep watch. Drinks they gave me are light anyways." The waitress eyes Eleanor for a moment. "I can get you something strong if you want it, but it won't be fun."
"Can I have another of these?" Naomi says as she finishes her drink with one more large sneeze.
"Sneezing is pretty rare honestly, you had a pretty lucky experience." The waitress says with a chukle.
Eleanor rolls her eyes at Naomi, "We'll also probably need a room tonight once we sort out what our next move is. Also in case one of us passes out." She says eying the kobold and the cleric.
"I-I can handle my drink well! This will only be drink number two!" says Naomi.
"Suuure you can." Ayame retorts sarcastically.
"Can do but..." says the waitress. "As a favor, the guild remembers you." They say to Eleanor. "Rory is on his way... The bartender wanted me to tell you."
"Wh-what?? Uh- okay uh.. Alright.."
Naomi looks at Eleanor, and waits for the waitress to walk away before asking. "The guild? Rory?"
Eleanor audibly groans. "This... Might not be good.. I don't know. I was part of the guild here but it didn't end... great. Just be on guard in case I fucked up big time for us..."
Nahema adjusts herself and leans her stave against the table, looking ready to grab it at a moments notice.
"Just watch for anyone approaching the table, Rory can be a lotta things looks wise."
The bartender himself makes his way back to the table, handing Naomi another drink. "Belbuck" He says, naomi sniffing the drink as the smell of spearmint wafts from it. She takes a swig and allthough it isn't bad it is not something she is used too, but she drinks it nontheless.
The bartender also puts a drink down in front of Ayame. "On the house, a little liquid courage to deal with Rory." He says before walking away.
Eleanor stays quiet throughout the exchange, picking bits of steak out of her teeth in a mixture of boredom and building anxiety. Naomi looks to Eleanor again with a light sigh. "Are you ok Eleanor?"
Ayame sniffs at the drink in front of her but shrugs and pushes it to the edge of the table for later.
Eleanor bounces one of her legs up and down anxiously, nodding, "I might be. I've no idea how this's gonna go... this's why I fuckin ended up on that ship."
Walking up the stairs just after this is a man, no taller than 4'9, he is portly, bald, clean shaven and completely unassuming. Eleanor looks at her old companion, thinking that after all this time away he gained a bit of weight as well as some jewelry she didn't see him in before. Behind him, an elf sits down on the bannister of the stairs as Rory himself approaches the table, grabbing a chair, and sitting next to Eleanor at the end of the table wordlessly. His clothing looks very well made, and he exhudes this aura of regality before he picks up the drink Ayame pushed away, taking a sip before looking to Eleanor. "You came back."
Naomi stares at Rory, having heard him come up the stairs, she uses one of her divine powers to discern any lies[tooltip] he may tell during the course of their interaction.
Eleanor lets out a sigh while she nods. "Some things happened and I kind of got magically pushed back. I'd say its nice to see ya but... well... you know. Didn't expect ya to come nude."
"So this is the 'Rory' I've been hearing about all night?" Naomi says, palming something, hoping she won't have to use it.
Rory gives a nod, taking another sip of ayames drink before putting it down in front of her. [tooltip: A lie]"I've been out of dressing up for about a month now. Guildmaster burned too many bridges so I took up his spot."

Eleanor crosses her arms to hide her anxiety as much as she can. "You're master of the guild now? I'm impressed, things seem just as tight as before."
"Its probably the only reason you lived long enough to go to hell." He looks to Eleanor with a nod. "All we want to know is why?"
Eleanor groans, "You have to be more specific about the question, trust me when I say I want to get out of yer hair as fast as possible. We've got a job, findin someone who's hoardin artifacts of a certain sort, I'm sure you were told." She rubs her head, sighing again, "Lets get that part over with before we deal with older baggage." He sighs dramatically before smirking. "What? Becoming a dragonslayer means you became too good to talk to your partner about old laundry? Should we talk about the times you got drunk and had me dress up?"
Ayame raises a brow. "Doesn't it help that she is a skilled combatant with other allies make another reason why she made it here?"
Rory leans to Ayame, "The dragonslayer title is the third reason of course." To which Ayame raises a brow.
"Hah! Fuck that, I tried to avoid that title, didn't even state my name but guess this face is a lil too distinct for yall not to have noticed.." Eleanor adjusts in her seat and adds, "I was never good at sneakin about, or self control for that matter..."
"I remember, that was my job to keep you in line till you left." Rory picks up Ayames drink again and takes a sip. "So. Why did you do it?"
Eleanor groans yet again, "Really bad at the information broker thing... well if ya'll really care about the why that much more than the result... I snapped." Her hands clench onto her own arms strong enough that it'd make a normal human bleed, "I blanked out so much I forget his fuckin name, he just crossed a line in cruelty and..." She looks up to Rory in the eyes, "I don't deal well with monstrous folks I guess. Though I guess it takes one to know one."
Rory nods. "Well, guild rules state that those who kill a guild member are killed, but its a different world, and im willing to forgive... for a price."
"Fuck me... Rory you know I can't go back when I know I might end up workin with folks like that again... but what price? I don't wanna put these pups I'm with in danger just because of my past."
"W-we aren't 'pups', Eleanor! We can handle ourselves. We're all in this together -- don't let this guy intimidate you." Naomi says, speaking up for the rest of them.
"Nothing major." He says patting the table. "Just a supply run from here to where your trader was found heading."
"How much will you pay us?" Ayame says.
Eleanor sighs. "This would be paying back my own debt Ayame."
"And a thousand gold on top of that." Rory says with a shrug before drinking out of Ayames mug again, her never taking a sip from it so far.
Eleanor raises her brow, "Considerin how much yall value your guild members lives, which ain't a fault by the way, I'm a lil skeptical on how supposedly non-major this job is... But if you're not lyin about it leadin to the guy we're huntin down anyways, I think that works out."
"Eleanor." Says Nahemah. "Are you sure about that?"
"Sure about what?" says Eleanor.
"Oh, and as normal, if you fail to deliver, the rest of your party would be hunted down harder than a Cinerosan dragon hunting party in anguish." Rory states, taking another sip.
Eleanor slams her hands down on the table, "What?! These folks didn't even fucking know about the guild or my past until we got here! Y'all can take me but you can't take them!"
Ayame uses a quick whiff of her nose to make the mug explode, to which Rory recognizes the attack and tosses it behind him just before it blows, leaving bear covering the back wall. He quickly holds up a hand to the elf at the stairwell, who had already drawn a dagger at near lightning speed. "No, no its fine. Back off." Rory says as the elf relaxes again, still keeping alert.
Naomi caught herself standing up, her stave in hand, but she slowly sits back down while Eleanor blinks, "What just happened?"
"I'm sorry." rory says. "I was under the impression that you were traveling as a group. If you wanted to do so yourself, thats fine, but you don't mess with a guilds payday even more than you mess with a guild member." He says, ignoring Eleanor's question.
Eleanor sighs, "We're still a lil fresh on gettin acquainted..." She grumbles a bit, "I'll leave it up to them as to whether or not they're taggin along considerin the risk.. if not, I'll do it myself... I owe the guild that much"
"Eleanor. You're not doing this by yourself. We're your friends." Says Naomi. "I also don't trust this fat bastard more than I could throw him, which isn't much."
"Ugh.. friends... right.. I'm still not used to that. Take it easy on Rory though, I worked with this guy enough where he might've been considered one before I killed a guildmate."
"I think I like the guild im in bettter" Ayame says absently with a shrug.
Rory nods. "We can get the shipment delivered to your transport before you leave." He looks to Naomi with a smile. "Thats ok, I wouldn't trust me either. Who knows what sort of things I would do stealing that pretty face of yours~"
Naomi glowers at Rory. "Don't you fucking dare. We'll get your stupid job done, but if you don't keep your end of the deal just know the Dai'Gishkin family will hunt your rat ass down to the ends of the earth." Eleanor sighs and shakes her head "I've been hunted down by her mother before for less, trust me when I say, that might be one thing you wanna avoid gettin away with."
He chuckles. "No worries, at worst, I might show up looking like your friend, to see what she is like." He stands up and pats Eleanor's shoulder. "Its a shipment of extacy, they already paid and are expecting shipment in a week. You can find your trader just south of Pavia, to the north in the Kingdom of Baal."
"I don't think I should go there." Ayame says quietly.
Eleanor nods while Naomi continues to silently glare at Rory. "Thank's Rors... Sorry about the shit I caused by the way. I don't think that makes a difference to the guild but... It was nice seein a familiar face, even if it was one of many." Eleanor says picking up her drink and taking a swig, "Who knows, maybe I'll actually say hi more if we actually pull this off right and it actually clears things."
"Oh after you deliver the goods, next time you are in town I'll dress up as a princess and could teach you how to have a proper cup of tea." Rory says giving a boistrous chuckle. "I never hated you Eleanor, this was just business, its good to see you again, really." He says with a smile to their old friend, before standing up, and leaving, the elf following him closely.
Eleanor waves Rory off before looking back to the group. "Well I avoided death again for now so guess we're in the clear... sorry for involvin yall in this, I shoulda said something before we came here."
Ayame shrugs "Its fine, Im the one who dragged you here in the first place..."
Naomi wordlessly glares at the last spot she saw Rory exit, looking fuming mad but unwilling to let out the anger. Eleanor gives a nod to Ayame. "I guess... I woulda said something but I didn't expect to end up on another continent in a night, kinda caught me off guard..." She says looking to Naomi. "Yo you gonna be alright? You drink somethin wierd Nao? You seem... Fiery."
As Eleanor pesters her friends mental state, the waitress comes back with a plate of of food, "Sorry it took so long, can't interrupt Rory." They say putting down the plate holding a MASSIVE potato the size of Naomi's head. The potato itself looks like it has been carved into two sections, one side being a twice baked potato, the other half being what appears to be potato cheese soup, with a tiny decorative umbrella with a cherry potato poking out atop the soup, along with a side of crumbled bacon that seems sloppilly put on the plate itself.
"We need to have a thorough conversation Eleanor." Naomi says before looking at the huge potato before her, questioning if she has even a quarter of the stomach neccessary to eat such a massive meal.
"Thats so much potato..." Ayame says.
"You catch stuff in that conversation that I didn't?" Eleanor questions.
Naomi ignores the question, pointing to the food on her plate and casting a spell. "Under the Divine Light of the Goddess, all impurities shall be cleansed. The impure shall be made pure. Darkness shall turn to Light. And all evils shall be revealed." After detecting no poison in her meal, she grabs her dinnerware and starts to dig in.
Eleanor raises a brow as she watches Naomi cast her spell. "I think yall're underestimating the guild, if they wanted to kill us, we'd be dead. Real fucked up at the minimum. That's not how they roll though... Usually.."
"I don't trust anyone here." Naomi says between bites.
"Not a bad instinct!" Eleanor says with a chuckle.
"You don't give us enough credit Eleanor! What's dead can not die~" Ayame says playfully.
"We need to have a full conversation. Not here." Naomi says, feeling grumpy still, but softening as much as the twice baked potato half of her big potato being so delicious.
Eleanor chuckles, "I tell ya the number of times I got tricked by folks here, I mean I muscleheaded my way through most of the tricks but still. But alright,-" She raises an arm to the nearest staff, "Oy if could get setup with a room for our table here that'd be great." She adds in a hushed voice, "A secure one ideally, I'll pay double."
Naomi sets down her fork mid bite. "I'm not speaking a word past this, in this building. I don't care how much you want to otherwise, Eleanor."
"Oh nevermind a normal room." Eleanor corrects to the staffer. The nearby waiter nods. "One normal room, the kobold already grabbed one for herself and her companion. Did you want to share?"
Eleanor nods. "Yes that'd be ideal."
"Ill get you a spare key." The waiter says, heading away. The party noticed that now that Rory was gone, it was unusually quiet in the tavern, but a goblin tossing contest has started up on the bottom floor, and the ugly one that Ayame and Sebastian slapped is being covered with ooze, and flung as high up against the central fireplace as a half orc can manage it. Eleanor even remembers winning once, getting a free bottle of whiskey out of it.
Eleanor gasps. "Fuck, I wanna take part in that... Did you wanna go do that talk now Naomi or later?"
Ayame watches the tossing with some amusement. "Hey sebastian if you want you can go have some fun." She says gesturing to the goblin throwing. Sebastian crawls out of Ayame's body in response and just sits next to her.
Naomi continues to quietly eat for a moment before retorting to Eleanor. "Later... I need to recover my magic." She says eying the still massive potato with barely a scratch on it despite her continuous eating..
"No?" Ayame questions to Sebastian. "Ok well do whatever you wish."
Eleanor clenches her fist, "Hnr... alright well I'm gonna go toss some goblins real quick then."
Sebastian looks to Ayame and taps his own armor before holding up two gauntleted fingers. Ayame blinks in response, "Oh yeah," She says looking to the other two remaining in their party at the table. "We have to stay here for a few days for the armor and things we have comissioned."
"The faster we get out of this place the better." Naomi grunts.
The waiter makes their way back, setting a key on the table and an ale in front of Ayame. "Well, if I heard right, you are dragonslayers. If you didn't want to stay here, you could go sleep at the dragonslayer barracks instead. Not a lot of privacy, but its a place to sleep."
Eleanor rubs her head in thought, "right I forgot those guys had a place like that... Well it's up to you Nao, this place is safer than most taverns in town though despite what that conversation earlier implied. We're essentially contracted workers for now in their eyes after all, whether or not we like it..."
Ayame looks to her companions. "Not sure I wan'tto stay at barracks... I'll stay here with sebastian"
"As much as I feel disgusting being here now, I don't want to split us up now. I'll stay." Naomi says with a sour attitude, picking up her cherry potato umbrella and nomming on it.
Eleanor gasps and grabs Naomi's face, giving her a kiss on the cheek, "GREAT! Thanks Nao you're the best! Now before it gets later-" She spins on her heel, she says as she rushes over the the tossing competition "Hey grease up one of those goblins for me! I'm jumpin in!"
Naomi blushes red again, and she drops her fork as her eyes meander to the smirking Ayame. "S-say nothing..."
"Sebastian you should go take part!" Ayame says after a small chuckle. "If you can throw the goblin we slapped... throw him as hard as you can. Aim for the roof or something." she says, patting sebastian and sending him off. He stands up and makes his way downstairs as Eleanor manages to fling the goblin slightly higher on the fireplace than the half orc with a cheer from the few people gathered. Sebastian meanwhile picks up a goblin one handed, throwing him twice as high as Eleanor, before making his way over to grab the bottle of whiskey and making his way back to the table, setting it down next in the middle of the table.
Ayame jumps up and hugs sebastian on his return. "Yay! Good job!"
Eleanor comes back, her head hung in shame and hands covered in goblin ooze. Sebastian then hands Eleanor a rag from his armor, to which Eleanor sighs. "Thanks big guy. I need to work out more I guess if I wanna match up to ya."
Ayame giggles. "Well, I put a lot of my own magical energy into making him as strong as he can be, but yeah he is definetly strong."
"Magic feels like cheatin..." Eleanor harumphs.
To emphasize his strength, Sebastian reaches over to a nearby table, picking up a steel mug and crushes it like paper with a single hand. "Well, we can drink this later," Ayame says, taking the whiskey and putting it into her bag, giglging at Sebastians antics.
Naomi stands up and grabs the room key with a sigh. "I need to pray to Rhamnasia for guidance and to recover her blessings strengths." She says before looking to the others. "We really need to talk as soon as we're out of this place..." she says as yet another person approaches the table, a special, folded letter in hand.
