The Farland Treaty
The Farland Treaty is a peace treaty between the Feromone Fairies of Feromonas, and the fairy farmers of Farland that ended the war between them.
Purpose
During the war between the Feromonas and the fairy farmers of Farland, the Feromone Fairie's city Feromonas was nearly wiped out. At the same time, Fairy Fungi, a disease caused by infected Feromone Fairy Dust from their captive fairies, plagued the fairy farmers of Farland.
A cure was discovered, and it turned out that they needed dust from healthy fairies, in order to create the cure. This meant that if the farmers wiped out all free fairies, they would have to improve the living conditions of the captive fairies, greatly reducing the efficiency of their farms, which was unacceptable.
Instead the farmers drafted a treaty, written by Marian Acosta, a fairy farmer that stated that the people of Farland would not attack Feromonas, in return for a weekly supply of dust, from the free fairies.
The fairies could do nothing, but sign the treaty, to save themselves from almost certain doom.

Document Structure
Caveats
The fairies must deliver a shipment of healthy Feromone Fairy Dust on a weekly basis. The amount is directly related to the number of inhabitants in Feromonas.
Failure to deliver the weekly shipment, adds a fine for an additional 20% dust, per day overdue. Failure to deliver within an additional week will result in the treaty becoming void.

Publication Status
The document is kept in Freeport in the possesion of The Freeport Trade Confederation. Additionally the fairies have a copy, made of papyrus, in a size more suitable to a fairy. This copy is kept within Feromonas.
Legal status
The document were signed by the elder of Feromonas, as well as members of The Freeport Trade Confederation, who controls the fairy farming business.
It's so amusing that these fairies keep calling it a war. It took us a few days to decimate their city, and a few weeks of them trying to rescue their friends! Ah well, who am I to argue. Now we get healthy dust delivered to our doorstep, and we have to do absolutely nothing to get it!
