Feromone Fairy Dust

Feromone fairy dust is a highly coveted dust found on the wings of Feromone Fairies, only found in Feromone Forest in Kantaras.
The village of Farland main industry is farming the dust from the Feromone Fairies. The farming is not made with the consent of the fairies, who are captured and bred against their will.
All trade of feromone fairy dust is strictly regulated by The Freeport Trade Confederation, and they go through great lengths, to keep the farming methods hidden from the public eye.

Material Characteristics

It's fine white dust, mostly transparent, and slightly sticky, making it easy to stack up.

Physical & Chemical Properties

It is quite resistant to fire, but once lit on fire, it burns extremely hot, and for quite some time. This makes it an excellent fuel, for refining materials that require extreme heat to meltdown, like mithrillium and Cold Steel.
The dust from healthy fairies is also used as the main component in the cure for Fairy Fungi.

The dust is unique to the Feromone Fairies, that are only found in the Feromone Forest in Kantaras.

Feromone Dust is produced naturally on the wings of Feromone Fairies.

Life & Expiration

If kept dry, the dust will last for several years. Moisture can make it go bad, and in some cases cause it to become infected, which can cause Humans to become infected with Fairy Fungi.
