    Parime Is Discovered
    Discovery, Exploration

Deep-Space surverying agencies discover the planet 41 Uphi-1 orbitting around its namesake star. Long-range spectral studies reveal the planet's atmosphere to contain a multitude of valuable resources - such as rich levels of Helium-3, a valuable fuel-source in aneutronic fusion power generation - which prompts the Second Committee to commission and launch a colonization ship towards 41 Uphi, naming the planet Parime after the mythical lake surrounding the golden city of El Dorado.

    The Kemys Is Lost
    Disaster / Destruction

As the Kemys finally reaches 41 Uphi, an unforseen solar-storm from the star cripples the ship, leading to a runaway sequence of catastrophic malfunctions that forces the crew to prematurely abandon the ship with only a fraction of the supplies and data they were sent with. One of the colony landers, containing a majority of salvaged data, were lost in the ensuing evacuation, which led to the partial technological regression of the colonists. The evacuees' failure to retrieve the damaged and irradiated omninode systems within the colony-ship led to the Second Committee officially declaring the Kemys lost.

Early Colonization Period

4499 U 4700 U

Having survived the destruction of the Kemys, the surviving colonists resolve to forge ahead and construct the first colonies in the system, despite having lost centuries of knowledge and technology.

    Blink-Gate Construction Commences
    Construction beginning/end

In preparation for the eventual reclamation of the Kemys, the system's powers would briefly commense construction of a blink-gate's superstructure based off of partial schematics retained in the initial evacuation of the colony-ship. However, progress slowed to a halt in the aftermath of the Food Fights that would lead to the dissolution of the Democratic Commonwealth of Falias and Parime and the formation of the Falias United Colonies.   Interest and progress in the project would be functionally halted as the system adjusted to its new geopolitical structure, and only the retrieval of the necessary black-box components from the Kemys would have construction continue in earnest.

    4951 F

    The Food Fights
    Civil action

Continued mismanagement of funding and staffage by the Democratic Commonwealth of Falias and Parime's governing body leads to a runaway series of catastrophic malfunctions in Falias' main agricultural facilities, damaging vital food-producing machinery and rendering the overwhelming majority of foodstuffs inedible. Riots and fighting over remaining food supples erupted all over the colony, and were only stopped when a paramilitary force led by Lieutenant General Elfriede Henson overthrew the DCFP in a military coup and redistributed their hoarded supplies to the public.

  • 4951 F

The Falias United Colonies are established
    Military action

In the wake of riots and civil-collapse following food-shortages instigated by mismanaging of colonial infrastructure, the DCFP's leadership is toppled in a military coup, replacing the top portions of the colony's governmental and judicial elements with a military provisional-government and renaming themselves the Falias United Colonies.

  • 4981 F

    Gunboat Diplomacy
    Military action

In response to the Vaduz Orbital Collective declaring additional regulations and laws on ships passing through their claimed territory, the FUC constructs three new Marshall-class military spacecraft, sending them out on patrol-routes just outside of Vaduz jurisdiction in in a display of military power. This marks the begining of a state of cold-war between the two powers.
