Structure

Organisation among the task-force follows an unorthodox and somewhat ad-hoc line of making the most of the manpower they had at the time of their arrival: Union Administration sit at the top of the chain of command, while DOJ/HR forces operate with a substantial degree of independance and authority parallel to their jurisdictions, supplemented with local groups acting as administrative, cutural and occasionally military guides.
