Parime Co-Operative Militia

Structure

Any semblance of command-structure within a militia group is formed on a purely ad-hoc basis, typically deferring to the most senior of that locale's crew or the most experienced combattant among themselves.

Culture

Culture among the militia is similar to that of the Co-Operatives as a whole, centered around an eclectic mixture of radical inclusiveness, unorthodox/improvised problem-solving and necessity-born pragmatism. Though readiness-drills are occasionally practiced by some militias, most plan their maneuvers very shortly before execution to best take advantage of the current situation. Of particular commonality among militias is the tendancy to reduce lethality of tactics when victory is imminent, instead preferring to harrass and humiliate retreating foes through similar tactics used to eliminate them.

Assets

Weapons and tools used in defence of a station are consist primarily of repurposed industrial power-tools and vehicles, though use of purpose-built weaponry is not unknown. Co-Op mechs and vehicles are primarily local-made designs, with some appearing to be derivatives of IPS-Northstar and even HORUS schematics (how reports of the latter existing among older records of Co-Op conflicts came to be despite being the last of the major powers in Parime to officially attain Omninet access is currently unknown and pending investigation).
