The Eighteen

The Eighteen are the most powerful gods that cover and are in charge of all domains and lesser gods. They consist of the first and most prominate gods to arrive in Othealia.
They consist of:

• The Deafing Spartan(Aethre) - strength, weather, honor
• The Morning Lord(Amun) - sun, air, light, day
• The Seabed Sorceress(Cassandra) - water, chaos, secrets
• The Emporer of Sagacity(Cato) - intelliigence, knowledge, arcana
• Father Time(Clothesis) - time, fate luck
• The Matron of the Heart(Cordelia) - love, famly, fire
• The Towering Commander(Fallon) - civilization, law, justice
• The Sinister Pillager(Gachie) - suffering, theirvery, greed
• Lady Death(Grimora) - death, afterlife, the Realm of Ash
• The Vile Majesty(Ichigo) - lies, evil, greed
• The Ichorous General(Koa) - war, destruction, suffering, just endings, fire
• The Chuckling Trickster(Medea) - mischief, lies, the Realm of Ivy
• The Graceful Giver(Milo) - peace, healing, compassion
• The Mighty Anvil(Moradin) - creation, strength, destruction
• Mother Nature(Othealia) - elements, life, freedom, nature
• The True Melody(Shiri) - music, art, creation, beauty
• The Sparkling Misteress(Thahti) - stars, fate, the planes
• The Twilight Widow(Zera) - moon, night, darkness

While they all act as a council and get a voice when making decisions and creating new gods. After The Search of Power Cassandra and Shiri no longer have an equal voice.
The council once were called the Twenty. But two of their members have fallen leaving their responibilites to the other council members. These fallen gods are the Consort of Embers (Alazo) and The Gilded Baron (Plutius).
While the gods aren't related in a human way they do have a sort-of found family amongst them. With relationship evolving, drama insuing, and favor and resentment ever-present.
The voices of lesser gods can and often are considered by the council, especially of those with larger domains. But there is no guarantee that the council will be willing to hear out these gods, unlike other council members who will always have the right to share their perspectives among the council, unless in the most extreme cases.
Lesser gods are created by the council often by a simple meeting and are very rarely denied. They are often made by one of the Eighteen creating a further subset of their domain to be observed due to an increase in worship or need of assistance. Lesser gods can also create their gods but this power must be dispensed by one of the Eighteen with their permission.
