The Voice of the Goddess'

Head of the government of The Peoples Republic of Avalon and the organization The Council of Advancement and Awareness.

Qualifications

Those chosen for this rank are Aasimar, with only one born every 70 years or so according to Rycrioun. The leader speaks for either the goddess Ioun The Giver of Insight or Erathis The Builder; with it switching with each new Aasimar.

Requirements

Must be an Aasimar for that was raised by The Council and a representative for either Ioun or Erathis

Appointment

Once a new Aasimar is found they are raised by The Council of Advancement and Awareness and the current Voice.

Duties

They are the leader of The Peoples Republic of Rycrioun and The Council of Advancement and Awareness, running both with the help of two small councils of advisors known as the Ryccan Council and The Ministry of the Bronze and Blue for the respective sections.

Responsibilities

The Voice must deal with the overreaching plan for both the country and The Council and pushing the agenda to the goddess they represent. They are also responsible for training their successor and are the main guardian for younger Aasimar that will one day take their place.

Benefits

They are given room and board within the towers of Kerith-Valandras as well as a monetary stipend. The Voice is also granted a set of guards made up of members from The Division and Guardians of Civilization with at least four clerics on hand at all times.

Accoutrements & Equipment

The crown, sword, and shield of the gods and a golden pin of the countries emblem to be worn over the heart.
