Chief Minister
Head of the civilian side of the republic, the Chief Minister's job is to handle the day to day operations of running a country. The position is voted on by those eligible within the country and is held for five years, with those who hold it allowed up to three terms.
Qualifications
In order to be considered for the position one must meet certain standards:
- Be a citizen of Rycrioun
- Be at least twenty years of age
- Have gone through formal schooling
Appointment
Those who wish to take on the rank of Cheif Minister are voted in by the citizens of Rycrioun, given how large the country is voting takes place in each of the six cities dotted around the country. Every five years the office of Chief Minister and the offices for the other ten lower ministers are voted on by those eligible to vote during the month of Thellonde, with the results made public by the end of Egnos.
Responsibilities
The job of the Cheif Minister is to oversee the rest six minister of Rycrioun and be the go-between for the Voice and the The Ministry of Bronze and Blue.
Benefits
The Cheif Minister makes 300 GP per month, has housing within the city of Rycaa, and full personal guard for themselves and their families while in office consisting of members of the Guardians of Civilization and the The Division.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
The Voice has full authority to remove someone from the position if they feel it is necessary
