Kasar (kay-sar)

The Kasar universe is considered a "sister" universe to the Orbital Archipelago multiverse. While not a part of the system, it has some roots and ties of great influence. However between K'siivakian politics, and more general complications, as well as a lack of frequent rift issues, the OA has often considered the realms only a well-known outer part with good trade credibility. Citizens of represented species are even allowed easy access to dual citizenship, such as Bycoa who was a ryclin born naturally outside of the OA in the Kasar planet of Cauven. Among logistics of ownership, Grina, and K'siiva hold some strong governmental sway over Cauven, while Zeanites have had superior meddling in the politics of Nejave.
