Fashionware
While a cyborg is usually defined as anyone who has mechanical technology grafted into their body, the line is actually pretty nebulous. Is your girlfriend a cyborg because she uses contact lenses? Is your grandmother a cyborg because she has a hearing aid and an artificial hip joint? In this hazy zone of cybertech is Fashionware, little high tech gadgets common to the cyberpunk future.
Fashionware is low-impact cyberware designed for casual convenience or merely for looks. Fashionware is generally innocuous, easy to install, and carries a low or negligible humanity cost relative to real cyberware. Most mall stores and retail outlets that install commercial cyberware will have options for fashionware as well. There are even standalone kiosks that can install it.
