Session 3 - Coming Together
General Summary
Marcus begs Sasha and Eleanor for help, and they agree to patch him up, once he’s handed over his gun. Marcus complies, and Sasha attempts to patch Hamilton up, using a (large) part of Eleanor’s blouse. Sasha fails, but Eleanor then shows she has bandages, and asks Marcus to bring Hamilton inside. While she patches him up, Hamilton awakens and argues with Marcus about whether or not to trust these women. During this time, Sasha listens and tries not to get offended.
Once Hamilton is mostly patched up, Eleanor reveals that Hamilton is suffering from internal bleeding, which she cannot fix. She suggests that continuing on to Remington Kingdom would be the best option, but Marcus disagrees and suggests he and Hamilton leave. Hamilton insists on staying, and convinces Marcus to stay as well, albeit reluctantly.
Meanwhile, Skinny has been talking with Cookie and the other Servos for the past 30 minutes, telling them about his history. Cookie is enraptured by his stories. Beartrap ends up getting upset with Skinny and punching him. In response, Skinny punches Beartrap back, knocking him over. The fight is about to escalate before Earl, a high-ranking member of the Red Fangs, ushers the four Servos out of the carriage.
The Red Fangs circle up around the Servos and four malnourished humans are freed from a carriage. Tinheart announces that this serves as the initiation for the four Servos. Either they fight and kill these men, or they let themselves die. Skinny ultimately decides to choose neither. He turns to Cookie and says that they should run, as he sees a gap in the circle. He is able to convince Cookie, then he picks her up and rushes past the Red Fangs and into the woods, narrowly avoiding getting hit.
Back with the others, they have camped out for the night. Hamilton is up and around for the most part, and the four of them are sitting around a campfire and talking. Their conversation is interrupted by three wolves emerging from the brush and attacking them. They smell Hamilton’s blood on his clothes and focus on him. As the fight ensues, Skinny and Cookie rush out from the trees. The wolves are all killed, and Cookie insists that the two of them stop and ask for help.
Sasha, Eleanor, and Hamilton all speak with Skinny and Cookie and figure out they were new recruits with the Red Fangs. Marcus decides to finally leave and head back, saying he won’t tell the others Hamilton is alive and also cool things over with Stanton. Ultimately, Eleanor and Sasha agree to take Skinny and Cookie to Remington, so they’ll be safe.
The five party members all head out, engaging in some funny interactions as time goes on. As they get close, Eleanor insists Hamilton go on ahead to get his wound tended to, and he heads up to the gate. Meanwhile, Eleanor speaks with Sasha, telling her that this must be goodbye. But, Sasha decides to stay with Eleanor, to protect her while they’re in the city. Eleanor is overjoyed and the two share a hug.
Eleanor, Sasha, Skinny, and Cookie all walk up to the gate with Peanut and the carriage with them. The man at the gate stops them and asks them if they were with the man who came up just a moment ago. When they say they are, the guard calls out to arrest everyone!!!
