Hustles

Living in Night City is for everyone, but living in comfort? That's a whole new story choomb. No matter if you're an edgerunner, merc, doc, influencer or citizen you need to pay the rent, buy food and ammo. In Arcadia players can do once a day small hustles to get some eddies in their pockets with crafting components as a bonus. The way you do them differs from role.

Medtechs, Techs and Rockers

These three roles have a unique way of doing their hustle. Located in the RpR there is a daily hustle button, that must be activated while in a public place. It will broadcast a server wide message saying that you are available to use your role abilities:
    • Medtechs - Healing, surgery, installations and therapy;
    • Techies - Repairs and upgrades;
    • Rockers - Gain fandom to use their role abilities and by the end grant everyone in range a buff of +5 to their next hustle roll;
After 10 minutes passed, and regardless if you found clients or not, a new button will appear on the RpR, allowing you to collect your eddies and components.

Fixers, Medias, Solos, NETrunners

Unlike the above three roles, these ones have you locate one of many consoles or ATM machines spread around the district. Interacting with them will open up a menu, where you can select from three choices, each choice will roll the HIGHEST skill in the category (subjected to critical rolls). Once done, a new menu will pop, prompting you to select what type of components you wish to receive for this hustle. By the end, you'll receive both eddies and components along with 1 to 2 fixer or media token if you are of that role.

Some ATM machines in the lower ward of Arcadia, offer a different menu but the same rewards. Just navigate to NCMN_Jobs, and follow the instructions on screen.

You can check your hustle cooldown for all roles by navigating the RpR menu, Dice tab, scroll down and click the show details button.

I failed the hustle?

Night City is a dangerous place, no matter what the holo and ads tell you about it. Sometimes someone shoots you, stabs you, kicks you, or the hustle goes wrong. Maybe the situation required a skill you're not good at, or it was a critical failure. Regardless of the reason, failing a hustle doesn't remove your reward! You still get your eddies and components, but the token reward (if your role uses it), gets decreased to 1.
