The Wheel are a roving barony across Kaechaek who are a key proponent and meeting space of the Raiders but also act as a space in which they are an organised group that can hold their trade and move with military precision.  This has come to the fore in recent months after growing tensions between the different nations baronies and has resulted in the Wheel attempting to meet with Emperor Honour to petition him to allow them to go to war with the other nations. It is not know who leads the Wheel.
