The Black-blooded are a dark group that reside in Mezzatli. They are humanoids that have been experimented on to become creatures with a variety of strange mutations and effects. They remain humanoid in appearance with their main 'tell' being a lack of iris and instead having exceptionally large pupils and a supernatural agility and athletic skill.
However, the black-blood's main form of offence is their 'breathing'. By opening their body to the air around them, a black-blood can absorb the matter and energy of the space around them to change their physical appearance in minor ways to relate to the dreams and nightmares of the space they inhabit, taking on the features matching the fears and dreams of the space. The Black-bloods are all loyal to Mezzatli in their entirety and will never resist the call to return to the barony or their baroness. However, many black-bloods choose to travel across Kaechaek as Hunter's and mercenaries in the hope they can grow in power and skill.

Structure

The organisation are almost entirely free to act as they wish with one simple instruction. When given an order by their leader or the leader of Mezzatli then they are to follow it immediately and to the letter... even if that order is to die in the first way they see fit.
