Golden Trout
Unless one knows the correct password, the Golden Trout is nothing more than a decent restaurant catering to the laborers and craftsmen of the Merchant District. If one does know the password, however, and gives it to the employee behind the counter, you will be led to a private room in the back, down a flight of stairs, and into the largest gambling house in Toshi No Naishou.
Most nights will find as many as 50 people, mostly heimin, gambling and smoking. The air is usually thick with pipe smoke, enough to even dim the lighting in the basement hall.
Security is in the form of 6 burly men with clubs. Backup is the ronin Itachi, who normally maintains a low profile in 1 corner of the hall.
