Warmaster
The Warmaster is the head of the Army, and is in charge of all defensive and aggressive military decisions of the Empire. However, in the last hundred years the position of warmaster has fallen into a state of inertia, as there are no major threats to the empire that require its full might to deal with, and most threats can be dealt with in a local level. While it used to be a very active and prestigious role for the most smart loyal and cunning of strategists, it is not a retirement post for generals who have had enough work in their lives.
