The Archmagus Supreme is a position which is relatively recent in the empire, and has been rising in prestige and political power fast. The Archmagus is the representative of the Arcanic Order who operate mages guilds and libraries all over The Empire . His goal is to secure and grow the funding that does into the Arcanic Order, and expand their influence and power as much as possible. The court of the Archmagus differs from that of the other roles, as there is no step between each local authority and himself. Each Archmage from a major city can freely contact the Archmagus with spells of communication and directly convey what they need or the problem they are facing. This has led to an exponential increase in speed and efficiency of communication which has left the other members of the The High Council behind.
