Etsa

Etsa is the capital of Lenif, a grand city of marble built on Draylech Harbor on the Panari Waves. It houses the royal palace, where King Eskandar lives. It is also where the patron goddess of Lenif, Wytris gives her addresses to the people - as well as the headquarters of the Church of Wytris.

Demographics

The people of Etsa are largely humans of Ociannic descent - long time descendants of the Lei people, as well as transplants from what is now Bocrae and Aswana.
The large halfling population is due in large part to the capturing of the Epholm Wanders in a war between Lenif and the Riverlands generations ago.
