Identifying Characteristics
King Felip Eskandar is most identifiable by the robes and symbols of authority he wears, and is a fairly average example of the Lei people - though it is of course considered fairly rude to refer to a king as "forgettably average looking". He keeps a tidy moustache, and most often harbors a bored looking expression that belies his startlingly perceptive, quick wit.

Like most Leine royalty, King Eskandar was taught by his parents. Throughout his early life, he watched them rule, asking questions of his parents and members of the court. Unlike most Leine royalty, he was not attended to by one of his parents trusted nobles, and instead was directly mentored by the goddess Wytris.
She continues to act in an advisory position to this day, though she is far less commonly seen in the capital than she was during Felip's youth.
Accomplishments & Achievements
About eight years after taking over rule of the country from his mother, King Eskandar expanded the power of the Church of Wytris in Lenif, ousting the complex politics of the noble families in favor of the church which had become vastly more popular among the commonfolk.
Though at the time he was vilified by the wealthy and powerful, most commonfolk vastly prefer the current state of the country. They have a more direct line to air complaints to royalty, and even those of non-noble birth are able to achieve positions of power within the church.
