Task Unit
A task unit is a temporary group of a small number of Stenza soldiers, most commonly Citizen-Recruits, and led by the individual who has the most experience with the task at hand (for example, a medical task unit is led by a certified combat medic). This structure closely mirrors civilian (or civilian-citizen) crews of Ship's Technicians and other professionals.

The average task unit contains four to six individuals, including the task unit leader. There have been cases of task units containing up to eight people depending on the needs of the task at hand.

As someone who has a day job it feels damned insulting to have to listen to a guy who doesn't know jack about your job telling you how to do it. So it is one of the things that saw improvement in my world.
