Orbis Customer Synergies (OCS) is a major interstellar government organised as a megacorporation. Its capital is the ocean world of Slephus Prime, located in the Slephus System, where the reptilian Orbis evolved. The population of Orbis Customer Synergies is known for its love of the unknown, appreciation for the sciences, and hierarchical society. OCS' Board of Directors elects a Chief Incentivizer for a period of twenty years to head the corporation. The corporation originally formed as a media conglomerate, leveraging its control of Slephus Prime's communications to assume political control. It has since utilised its media control to cultivate a strong sense of brand loyalty among its customers, both within the corporation and without. Diplomatically, OCS is primarily interested in the free flow of trade, and rarely engages in armed conflict.
