Galar

Galar is a physician in Fallsmar, in the service of Prince Laurin himself. He was sent to minister to Kaleb and Winifred, both of whom had been injured in the tunnels while en route to Fallsmar. Winifred, additionally, had lost her memory as a result of an altercation with Manfred Kühl. 
Galar prescribed a regimen of rest, drinking a mushroom infusion, and spring water. The treatment seemed to be effective at restoring Winifred's memory, though her limp got worse. Galar's treatment of Kaleb's injury seemed more effective. He also gave the party some dried mushrooms with which to create more infusions for Winifred. In addition, Galar took Manfred to meditate upon the Weltbaum, though he warned that the tree could cause humans beholding it to lose their mind. He took Narcissa on a tour of a workshop constructing automata, and explained the role of gems in animating them. 
The doctor seems knowledgeable in a a variety of subjects, and to enjoy the prince's confidence.
