Annar
Annar is a dwarf from the Zwerghof in Brillig. His exact position among the dwarfs there is uncertain. He showed Narcissa a burnt-out school, and told her that the fire that damaged the dwarf quarter was started by the Flagellants. He demanded that Sigisar do more to defend his people, as he had promised Prince Laurin. He did get Narcissa to send Manfred to help treat the victims. He also introduced her to a representative of H, who may be the man himself.
