Sprucehaven Exports

Sprucehaven Exports is a verdial-owned wholesaling company based out of Godshead Rock in the Caudal Tesseract. A direct competitor to MartMart International, Sprucehaven has all the benefits and drawbacks of operating largely outside of the shadow of the ongoing War of Reunification.

Assets

The Sprucehaven Exports headquarters is located in Godshead Rock, though the company has regional warehouses located throughout the Verdial Arc. Sprucehaven Exports has many subsidiaries under different names to help reduce the impact on their business that otherwise might arise as a result of anti-verdial discrimination in human-controlled territories.   Sprucehaven stores tend to be small, open-plan warehouses. Sprucehaven is more involved with furniture and housewares than most exporters, being one of the only major exporters of mushroom cellulomold general goods; as such, these stores tend to have wide doors and utility skeletons on site to make getting in and out with large packages easier. Smaller and less well-connected than MartMart, Sprucehaven Exports does not yet have access to the same level of point-of-sale automation, though they are in talks with Vale Mechatronics to create similar vending kiosks.

Military

Sprucehaven Exports has connections with the Warrenside Rangers, a private military contractor operating out of the tourist regions of the famed Warrenside Forest. Sprucehaven provides surplus goods for the fighters, furnishings at reduced price for the tourist facilities, and prefferential contracts for security services. Many of the conflicts the Rangers have been faced with over the years have been tied to Sprucehaven Exports' business competition, as MartMart International and other conglomerates also hire prive militiary contractors on occasion to help secure valuable commerce routes.
