Shoar
Shoar is the oldest of the Free Cities, located on the west coast, it was the first location settled by the Elph. The Elph of Shoar are known as the finest sailors and fishermen in the world. Shoar and her navy have repelled dozens of invasions and countless small raids from the White Zerk. Today Shoar marks the end of The Rail in the west and the gateway to the wide ocean. What lies on the other side of that ocean is still unknown, though some legends hold that the original home of the Elph is somewhere over that horizon.
