Hugon General Store
"This is my shop. Used to just be toys, but people had more needs. I mostly sell the toys at a discount, now, so the kids have something to play with other than rocks and drugs."
~Theodore Well, Plutarch of Port Hugo
Purpose / Function
Originally built to sell toys made by Theodore Well, operations expanded when he bought out the failing general store, saving the population of Port Hugo from being dependent on Sacqueline for basic goods.
