Lady Evoda Falinkio Vitri
Lady Evoda Vitri is the current ruler of Starmont Allod and Starmont proper.
Lady Evoda Vitri came into her position after the Aurelian Civil War, and has ruled Starmont since then.
She is better known around the continent now for being the sponsor and employer of The Wayfarers during The Year of the Dragon. Originally taking the group in after their ill-fated caravan was ambushed entering Aurelia Lady Vitri's fate became interwoven with theirs.
After surviving the war, Lady Vitri continues to rule Starmont as a fair and compassionate ruler, even as it has nearly quadrupled in size. She often relies on Bhelmir Strongheart, Jayllin Tano, and Bequin Rom for help in ruling.

Personal history
The daughter of the rich merchant Kalthrik Falinkio Evoda was essentially sold to Litor Vitri the Second due to the large dowry. By all reports their marriage was not a happy one, especially since Evoda and Litor would never bear a child since Humans and Olark can not have children together. This wasn't much of an issue for Litor II's father, Litor I, who figured one of his three other sons would do that while Litor II could just bring in the money.
When Zelena Stellings returned to Aurelia in 740 decades after her family had been killed she first arrived in Starmont undercover. At some point during this time Evoda and Zelena met and came to a mutual understanding. The two then plotted and killed Litor II and seized control of Starmont. After this Evoda followed Zelena and helped Zelena in the Aurelian Civil War.
After the war Evoda was declared Lady of Starmont and rightful heir to the Vitri line. She has not married and some wonder what will become of the Vitri line once Evoda passes, though those questions are a long way off.
Lady Vitri welcomed in The Wayfarers after their now famous road-ambush. They soon began to work with each other, culminating in the attack on Starmont by Gnolls and Tharrisians under the control of Aenophentari. After that, Lady Vitri used her network of contacts and diplomatic relationships to begin waging a shadow war against Aenophentari's Cabal of followers with the help of The Wayfarers.
After The Battle of Avolen Lady Vitri was placed in a magical coma, from which she did not awake for several months. Nemeia Wise and Marcus Idoldran ruled in her absence until the return of the Wayfarers, at which point they became Regents. They waged the war in her name until they somehow managed to free Vitri of the spell, waking her up. She participated in the remainder of the war and was a commander at the Battle of Taln's Drift.
After the Year of the Dragon she helped bury and mourn Octavia Ghiacciato and played some part in the ending of the war with Tharrisia with the help of Jayllin Tano, though details are sparse.
Since the Year of the Dragon Lady Vitri has overseen the unprecedented growth of Starmont Allod and has been busy acting both as the Lady of Starmont.
