The Wayfarers

The Wayfarers are one of the best known group of heroes in recent memory. Core participants in the bloody Year of the Dragon, the Wayfarers were the primary enemies of Aenophentari during his reign of chaos, and were ultimately the cause of his downfall.
The group consisted primarily of Octavia Ghiacciato, Bhelmir Strongheart, Jayllin Tano, Tarkus, and Bequin Rom. Though Rent Milatadies, Galan Dalari, Nemeia Wise, and Tuli Surpike were also temporary members.
The party's deeds are numerous and near uncountable. But they participated in almost every major event during The Year of the Dragon in some fashion or another, some highlights of their deeds include:

• Saving Starmont Allod from an attack of Gnolls and Tharrisians
• Finding the Tomb of the Eternal Queen
• Participating in the climax of the The Virnosian Rebellion and following conquest by Atresa.
• Fighting the White Dragon Aenophentari in the flesh in the royal palace of Aurelia
• Being transported to South Kalin (Efaanu), and returning
• Leading Starmont soldiers during the Fall of the Blood Shaper 
• Saving the city of Embrel from demons
• Creating a (short lived) alliance with the isolationist Ithalin
• Planning and leading the alliance of nations against Tharrisia in The Tharrisian War
• Uniting Jarak and ending its internal civil disorder
• Landing on the Isle of the Dead and finding the Pylia to the Aithero Monopati
• Defeating the last White Dragon, Aenophentari, the mastermind behind the chaos of The Year of the Dragon

This list doesn't even include their individual accomplishments like saving the Fallen City of Halteri (which Jayllin Tano was key in) or the Dragonborn Civil War (which Tark had a key role in).
The group has since "disbanded" after The Year of the Dragon, and several of its members fell in The Year of the Dragon, but the group is thought to stay in contact with each other, and their story has been recorded in several books, and countless bard songs.
The title "Wayfarer" was attributed to the group by Horatio the Songbird due to their journey (supposedly) to the very southern tip of the world, and their (relatively) quick return, in addition to their "wayfaring nature" when it came to visiting nearly every nation in Kalin.
