Radian was a Cyber who was fairly hard core in his cyber life and was considering moving to a cyber commune in Center Central. Most of the favor he garnered went to electronics and paying off debt.
He also happen to be a drug runner and a data storage pit stop of hackers looking to hide their tracks.

He was found dead in his home this morning, investigation ongoing.
