Council of Twin Souls

The Council of Twin Souls is the ruling council of Rhaead. As Rhaead is a collective nation of united drow and elf groups, its various comprising parts must have proper representation for the nation to function.
Members include the drow Olhedros Khylires and the elven Hirena Ussendil.
