PDRMN Rapid Response Fleet
These 3 Fleets provide rapid humanitarian and occasional military aid to sections of the solar system that are nearest them. Based on small bases at Sol-Mars L3, L4, and L5, they are able to rapidly reach many parts of the inner solar system within around 1.5 days.
in their role, they rapidly deliver humanitarian supplies, field hospitals, emergency habs, and other essential goods to situation. A RR craft can be loaded with a large, easily unloadable cargo compartment that can hold a plethora of supplies or small building.
These craft also investigate ships that have gone quiet within Martian space, and act as a "search and rescue" force.
In time of war, these ships would act as rapid attack craft, or as a secondary, rapid logistics force.

Structure
Each of the 3 Fleets is commanded by a Vice Admiral, with a series of small task forces formed based around specific roles. These are typically formed of a RR craft and a regular craft. They are typically commanded by a LCM or a LTN.
Training
The Rapid Response Fleet is generally well trained, spending the majority of their day studying and training. Serving a tour with the RRF is generally seen as a good way to get some time to learn a new skill.
Logistics
Logistical Support
Each RRComm base is supplied from Mars, typically via Logi. However, each base has enough supplies for around 2 years of assumed activity, so the shipments typically come along with the crew swap overs.
Recruitment
The personnel for RRF are typically voulenteers within the force, looking to take some time off from the constant on duty time. There is typically only one EVENT per 2-3 weeks, and so a typical RRF member may only go out once or twice in their entire tour. This is seen as excellent time to study, learn a new skill or specialization, or just relax a bit. The typical member of the RRF has already served 6 years in the PDRMN, and wants a short break without leaving.
