Makrys Peninsula

The gigantic peninsular continental arm of Ieros on which the campaign begins, separating the Pyrmar ocean from the Aspros sea. It is most widely known for the soaring Hyperenees mountains and Chrysolos plain.
It is the primary setting of the campaign, as it is where the colony of Tykos is established.
The Pelekys hegemon asserts ownership over the whole of the peninsula, but does not necessarily have sufficient population or reach to enforce this grandiose claim. Krypteia and Senemet are flouting this claim with the establishment of the Tykos colony partly to spite Pelekys, while the polis of Elaionas was already established in the middle of the peninsula decades ago.
