Coven of Plagues' Everfalls Clinic

Back in 3934, there was an outbreak of Rune Blight in Everfalls. At the behest of Gretchin Grayscale The Coven of Plagues came in a quickly took control of the situation. Within a month, the disease was completely eradicated. They then offered to set up a clinic in Everfalls so that this would never happen again. Gretchin readily accepted, and the clinic has been there ever since.
