Tippy's Tavern

While it is called Tippy's Tavern, it isn't too much of a Tavern any more. One day after school, students came into the tavern for a drink. Of course the bar keep couldn't give them alcoholic beverages, so the solution was to give them other drinks. Over time, Tippy's has become Everfalls's one and only non-alcoholic tavern, serving reasonably priced food, drinks, and snacks. Mostly for students.
