Mel's Runework

Mel's is a small store on the east side of Everfalls. It is home to one of the few Runesmiths  in all of Centralis. As a runework facility, Mel is constantly bombarded with orders from all across the continent. However, this also allows Mathis Mel (the proprietor of the shop) to pick and choose what orders he wants to do. He is actually behind the first Roaming Lanterns, and taught other enchanters how to make them without runes. If you ask nicely and have the right amount of gold, he might be able to make you something too.
