The Coven of the Lunar Owl: Everfalls Division

Looking at this beautiful windmill on the hill, you could easily mistake it for some kind of flour mill, or anything else, using the wind as power, but once you get closer, you realize that this is nicer than any normal mill; the building itself very clean. When you walk in you are greeted by a familiar sight. All divisions of The Coven of the Lunar Owl look similar, and the division in Everfalls is no exception. As per all divisions, this windmill has three floors. On the first floor, is the main office and the mail room. This is where people can come in, and get letters, and where all the feathers get their assignments for the day. The second floor is known as the strategy room. This is where all of the planning is done for who will take which messages where. It is a very comprehensive place, which only people with a Coven of the Lunar Owl witch mark can enter, or get any kind of information. The third floor is the barracks where all the different feathers sleep when they are not on the job. It has a powerful spatial magic spell put on it, so that it can accommodate many more people that its size would suggest. There is always an open room for another feather if the need be. Midge Mill is the current Feather Manager for this division.

Architecture

The building looks like a large, blue, three story windmill. When you walk into the front door, you are greeted by an open sitting space, and a large wooden counter, where there is usually at least one worker. The windmill is made of stone, and the turbine is constantly spinning even if there is no wind present.
