Everfalls City Hall
The City Hall of Everfalls. It is a large building in the northwestern part of the city, on a small plateau. On the first floor is a reception area where you can be directed to one of the many departments within the building. On the first floor is the offices for The Eyes of Iolite, and their commanding officers The Diamond Eyes. There is also the Licensing, Assessor, and Surveyor offices for Everfalls (to learn more about these offices please see Costa Licensing, Assessor, and Surveyor Offices as the rules for these departments are state mandates and thus the rules are the same in all towns). On the second floor there are barracks for the few members of The Eyes of Iolite, and The Diamond Eyes that live in the building. On the third floor you will find the office of the Romavo of Everfalls, and also the office of The Coven of Commerce.
