Rune Blight

A disease caused by the improper carving of magical runes, in which the scrap dust is inhaled into the lungs. Symptoms can include: sore throat, rashes, watering eyes, hair color change, and temporary frost breath. This is contagious as the magic of the runes can come to life when mixed with the internal organs of certain organisms.
