The Hexarchy
While this should come as an obvious statement, the emergence of the Hexarchy shook the world in fundamental ways. From my observations, the Hexarchy of course has grown stronger and is now a power that could possibly threaten the empire at large if they get stronger and dare try crossing the Calpitic Ocean.
For us, it's embarrassing. This tiny country beat us senseless and now we're having to pick up the pieces again. I'm sure the Elves are watching this and laughing, seeing as we've been fighting them for thousands of years with no success. Our greatest fear is them actually forming an alliance together. Gods, I hope not.
The Wasetains and Yoruians aren't doing anything yet, but they could get ideas. Hopefully not.
Why is this such a mess? Fuck.
-Excerpt from Prince Aco Coruscare's diary
Structure
The Hexarchy is a collision of six kingdoms; Karmesinhügel to the northwest and Quzeal to the southwest, both holding boarders with the Shard Peaks, a nigh unpassable mountain range. To the north lies Ruskiv, strong and steadfast against the frigid cold. On the far side of the Shard Peaks stands Cydril, homeland of the Order of the Conjured Blade, the Hexarchy's most powerful religious order and renowned for their holy knights. In the far south is the smallest kingdom, Lalarsha, dwelling in and around the Shadow Mountains. Lastly stands Illary on the east coast, slender and powerful. While all play a role in interkingdom economic structures and occasional infighting, Illary is the most powerful, the one the other five kingdoms look to, even if that is a bit begrudgingly in recent years.
Culture
Each kingdom has its own rich cultural identity and history, even separate religions but the worship of Aliy, goddess of light and life, spread by the Order of the Conjured Blade, has gained a lot of traction over the course of the centuries as a region hero, Ophelia Airborne, helped establish the Conjured Blade.
Assets
Quezal is known for its rich farmlands, and it trades grains out to the other kingdoms, especially Ruskiv which has an extremely short growing season. Mining expeditions from Lalarsha keep the region rich in gems and minerals. Illary is known for amazing seafood and beautiful orchards of citrus fruits.
Demography and Population
Ruskiv has the harshest environment out of all and as a result has the smallest population. They tend to be the most independent.
Karmesinhügel has a lot of plains and tall grasses. Haft the population is made of member of the Conclave, Vampires who don't kill when they need to feed. The population size tends to be very stable.
Quezal and Illary both have roughly the same rate of birth but do to the hot and intense sun, Quezal has a higher death rate due to dehydration. Illary's death rate tends to be fishermen who get caught out in storms and the occasional death from those who fall from the many high cliffs.
Lalarsha has always had a tiny population, but they have held their own, even against the advances of the Elves, who have made landfall and established a settlement on the southernmost coast of Tyria.
Cydril has the most advanced medical knowledge. As such, their birth rates are higher, health generally better and death rates lower and usually from age.
Territories
The total span of the Hexarchy is massive. From the polar circle to the north all the way past the equator raising into the mountains. Tyria's north and central eastern coast belongs to the Hexarchy entirely and pushes towards the center of the continent where the Ingot River demarks the boarder between them and the Fae lands to the far west.
Education
The education level varies from region to region. Illary and Cydril have the highest levels of education while Lalarsha has the lowest. The Royal and noble families have the best education, with the knights who serve them getting an education almost as good.

Non-aggressive
The Hexarchy at large doesn't have much issue with the Elves. Lalarsha had the most issue with them in the early years of the Elves expansion out of their homeland, but things have been quiet since as they tend to avoid each other. Illary rather hates them, especially currently, and sees them as rivals in the geopolitical and military sense as the Elves are a massively powerful kingdom that rivals them in power.
Violent
The war between Illary and the Coruscarean Empire is literally the reason the Hexarchy ended up forming. The Coruscareans' are horribly embarrassed that this ever happened and that a more powerful organization came from the aftermath. The two groups hate each other.
