Urrak D'Akshi

A child of a middle-class merchant family, Urrak always loved to see the world. Whenever her father would travel across the lands to peddle his wares, Urrak would demand to accompany him, slowly becoming his bodyguard as she grew older and stronger. The two were inseparable, until an ill-fated journey left her father dead and their goods plundered.   Never being too skilled at negotiating without the threat of violence, Urrak pledged to use her skills as a fighter to support her aging mother back at the stronghold. She walked the countryside for years, looking for odd jobs, anything from escorting travelers across dangerous country, being a bodyguard for a wealthy nobleman, or even the occasional pit fight in the dens of theives. It was in one of those dens that she met Ancy, a master thief from the Onyxward Guild of Alderaath. The two fell in love, married, and worked together for seven years. Then, in the middle of the night, Ancy left. Vanished, with only a note left behind. "I love you, I'm sorry". What followed were two years of sadness and intense depression.   But, when Poni's device exploded and she was teleported to an unknown country far across the sea, Urrak's life was forever changed...

Urrak has a strong fear of abandonment, her father's death by bandits and Ancy's departure have done a number on her sense of self-worth as well. She has in the past, and recently returned to self-harming and alcohol abuse.   She grew up with a somewhat toxic idea of family. Her father was kind and loving, but her mother was more of the 'tough love' variety. The other orcs often put her down for being smaller or weaker than full-bloods. Family, to her, is a group of people who may not like each other, but will come together when threatened. The orcs of D'Akshi may fight one another, but are fierce fighters against outside threats.   She's an odd combination of conflict-averse and fist-first aggression. If it's something she thinks she can solve with a punch or two, she'll try it, especially with other sturdy folk like Ryleigh⁣, but she avoids tough conversations with others like Seirixori⁣.

History

Ryleigh was learning to care for Urrak, choosing to share with her and protect her when Bri nearly killed her. Unfortunately, Urrak took advantage of Ryleigh, randomly kissing her. Now, Ryleigh doesn't know how to be around Urrak... so they spend a lot of time arguing.

History

After appearing with Ancy's face, Cyan charmed Urrak. Urrak made it a point to offer protection to her. She took Malica's form to make things easier for Urrak and Malica offered whatever she thought Urrak wanted to keep her around for protection.   After an unfortunate incident when Urrak asked Malica to become her wife, Malica broke off the relationship with Urrak. When Urrak helped rescue Malica from an Alderrath prison, they started a new, somewhat healthier relationship with each other.

Found this old notebook at the bottom of my bag. Was usin' it t' keep track of shit Seirixori does but, there's too much goin' on at once and no time t' really write it all down, so I figured I could jus' write some thoughts in here on th' rare occassions we get some down time. Sentinel-
You have mastered techniques to take advantage of every drop in any enemy's guard, gaining the following benefits:

When you hit a creature with an opportunity attack, the creature's speed becomes 0 for the rest of the turn.

Creatures provoke opportunity attacks from you even if they take the Disengage action before leaving your reach.

When a creature within 5 feet of you makes an attack against a target other than you (and that target doesn't have this feat), you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against the attacking creature.

RACE FEATURES:

Darkvision- You can see in dim light to 60' as if it was bright light and in darkness as if it was dim. You can't see color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Relentless Endurance-When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 hit point instead. You can’t use this feature again until you finish a Long Rest.

Savage Attacks-When you score a critical hit with a melee weapon Attack, you can roll one of the weapon’s damage dice one additional time and add it to the extra damage of the critical hit.

CLASS FEATURES:

Fighting Style- Defense-
While wearing armor, gain a +1 bonus to AC.

Second Wind- You can use a bonus action on your turn to regain hit points equal to 1d10+fighter level. You must finish a short or long rest to regain this ability.

Action Surge-
Starting at 2nd level, you can push yourself beyond your normal limits for a moment. On Your Turn, you can take one additional action on top of your regular action and a possible Bonus Action. Once you use this feature, you must finish a short or Long Rest before you can use it again.

Know Your Enemy-
Starting at 7th level, if you spend 1 minute observing or interacting with another creature outside of combat, you can learn certain information about its capabilities compared to your own. The DM tells you if the creature is your equal, superior, or inferior in regard to two of the following characteristics of your choice:

MANEUVERS- 5d8s

Riposte- When a character misses you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction and expend one superiority die to make a melee attack against the creature. If you hit, you add the superiority die to the attack's damage roll.

Sweep-
You can expend a superior die when you hit an enemy, using the total die roll to damage a second enemy within 5 feet. The damage is the same type as the initial attack and the initial attack roll must have been able to hit the second enemy.

Parry-
When another creature damages you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction and expend one superiority die to reduce the damage by the number you roll on your superiority die + your Dexterity modifier.

Lunging Attack-
When you make a melee weapon attack on your turn, you can expend one superiority die to increase your reach for that attack by 5 feet. If you hit, you add the superiority die to the attack's damage roll.

Precision Attack-
When you make a weapon attack roll against a creature, you can expend one superiority die to add it to the roll. You can use this maneuver before or after making the attack roll, but before any effects of the attack are applied.
