Personal history
In 54 3E, Nettie joined A Group of Elves and brought them along with her on her mission to go to the Elvish Senate. When she arrived, she offered them the Crew of the Sea Serpent's help with the brewing war with Queen Belladonna, but in exchange for control of Atlantis.
She was instrumental in the bombing of Eastvale Castle during Belladonna's Final Ball. Afterwards, her friends believed her to be dead. However, she escaped with Graves Wendell in a Rowboat of Flying.
She went to Waywocket's Treehouse and was knocked unconscious by her own group. Damek the Bastard then questioned her and found out she was only in it for the money. He killed her by squishing her head.
She spent her afterlife in Pride, the first circle of the Hells. It was a dry wasteland. She could see water in the distance but could never reach it. She was pulled from Hell by Nanny Wormgums using the power of the upcoming Harmonic Convergence. She became a Warlock of Nanny Wormgums and joined up with The Chosen Nine.
When the group ended up needing to find a Spelljammer, Nettie tried to gain passage on the ship of Captain Zar'kak, but found they couldn't afford it. Instead, she cast Suggestion on him and got him to drive them to pick up the other half of the group and then go to Caldera.
As they were leaving Illon's atmosphere headed for Caldera, Nettie had a vision.
You find yourself back in Nanny Wormgums’ undersea grotto. She smiles at you with yellowish-green teeth, a barnacle stubbornly clinging to one. “The Chosen Nine?” she sneers. “What have any of them ever done for you?” In a sudden flash, you see Damek’s hands crushing your skull, your life slipping away. Then, you are back to the Grotto. Nanny Wormgums voice trembles, “Let the world fall.” The shadows close in on Nanny Wormgums and fear flashes across her face. She turns to you, desperate. “She commands it!” You then see Leisl gasping, waking up from a vision of her own.The ship was then attacked by Nezrabog the Red. The group fought hard but Nettie dealt the killing blow with a smite and her Trident. When the group arrived at the Core of Caldera, Mohtarr asked them all "Why do you really want to destroy Caldera? Is it just about the prophecy?" Nettie answered that she “Doesn’t want to make it off this planet. She was dead before this, and wishes to remain dead." After destroying Caldera, Nettie returned to the ocean. There, thinking she was hallucinating, she met Nanny Wormgums with Graves Wendell's body in tow. Nanny Wormgums offered to bring Graves back in exchange for complete control over Nettie. If she refused, Nanny Wormgums would sever their connection and Nettie would never see Graves again. Nettie agreed, her eyes turning bright red as she lost control of herself. Captain Graves was brought back, but Nettie had no memory of him.
