Personal history
Mohtarr is the younger son of Oblivia. His father was Odrus.
In 70 3E, when The Chosen Nine arrived on Caldera, Mohtarr met them in the form of Crazy Old Maurice. He claimed to have 50 children, even though the tribe had around 100. When Leisl Siannodel took a liking to him and agreed to come back to his tent, he revealed himself to her. He told Leisl, Waywocket the Wicked, and Alan about a cave to the north of the village that would take them down to the core.
On the journey down, the group kept thinking they saw Crazy Old Maurice out of the corner of their eye. When they arrive at the core, they ran into Mohtarr once again. He revealed more about himself and his mother. They have a tense relationship, and he's amused by the idea of defying her, but refuses to stand between her and the group.
In the end, he asks them one question, only seeking their honest answer. "Why do you really want to destroy Caldera? Is it just about the prophecy?" Once they all answered honestly, he allowed them to enter the Core of Caldera. The door slammed shut behind them and Mohtarr was heard cackling outside.
After the destruction of Caldera, Mohtarr arrived with the Raven Queen at the Fortress of Shadows, where he chose Waywocket the Wicked as his Champion.
