Captain Zar'kak
Captain Zar'kak is a legendary Spelljammer pirate who lived during the Third Era. While charmed by Nettie, he was an ally of The Chosen Nine.
He is a Hadozee from Ladassa.

Personal history
In 70 3E, Nettie and Kraggin propositioned Captain Zar'kak to use his spelljammer. When he said it would cost 10,000gp, Nettie cast Suggestion on him. He remained charmed throughout the journey to Caldera.
When they arrived and Leisl Siannodel began to disboard, he suddenly grabbed her arm, stone cold sober.
"May the scent of dreams guide your path. For when the fires of riddles flicker in your wake, you must know that where Mohtarr walks, truth twists like smoke, and those who follow may find themselves forever lost between question and answer."After saying all of that to her, his eyes glazed back over and he returned to his charmed state.
