Level Clearance Ultra Agent

Qualifications
A Level Clearance Ultra Agent is the highest level of clearance the most trusted members of Strike Team can be given. Only the director can decide who qualifies for this clearance level, and there is usually no more than two Strike Team that will be given this level at any one time. These are the most effective agents, the most skilled, the ones the director will send in on jobs he wouldn't trust to anyone else, the ones that only the best can be trusted to complete. The Levels of Clearance at Homeland State Authority are in order are Civilian (given to all civilian jobs in the service such as sanitation, food services, and material mining jobs), Sensitive (the clearance level all lower lever agents start at), Confidential, Secret (most Shield Team members have this level of clearance), Top Secret (members of Shield Team and Cleaner will max out at this level of clearance), Ultra, and Shepard (reserved the director of the service and the leader of the continent).
Appointment
An agent is given Level Clearance Ultra Agent appointment with their entire team (as all members of a team are given the same security clearance, with only their handler possibly having a higher clearance for newer teams of agents) They get appointed during a small medal ceremony with only the team, the handler, and the director and possibly an under director (depending on how much the current director leans on them). Like all clearance level ceremonies, they receive a small gold pin to wear on their dress uniforms. Except that once you get to Level Clearance Ultra Agent those agents are never seen at formal ceremonies, as their existence is tried to keep a secret.
