Homeworld, (Also known as simply "Home") is the origin planet of the Hoomans.

Homeworld is filled with dense jungles of giant tower-like trees and lush flora, though currently a lot of the land has been ravaged by the Pink Blight.
The majority of the Native hoomans live in the safety of the CityState, but few have fled to struggle out in the abandoned wilds.

Since the Pink Blight Disaster occurred, Hoomans back on Homeworld have a more authoritarian way of running things, with the leader having stayed in power for a number of decades without a revote.

Political Structure

There have been various Leaders over the years, however since Homeworld has been placed under a state of emergency due to the Pink Blight, Eidolon took over as the people were looking for a leader that would put a better effort into fixing it, compared to the previous leader who allowed the whole mess to happen. The current hierarchy of Homeworld political structure is with the Leader in charge, and then a council of 36 members. The current council has been all picked by Eidolon.
Since Eidolon has been in power, they have had complete control over the runnings of the Homeworld Citystate. The perception of leadership has changed since Eidolon had been placed on a pedestal of god-emperor status.

Views on other Cultures

Subculture

Homeworld hoomans do not take as much thought into how they are perceived by others outside of the Citystate and can come off as standoffish and distant. A lot of Nasgovian hoomans find them unsettling due to how uncanny they behave.

Foreign Cultures:

Homeworld Hoomans have had little to no interaction with other Sapient species, and are generally disinterested.

Culture

Architecture

Buildings are constructed to be well lit, with more public areas making use of more windows and large spaces to keep the place bright. Most of the settlements have been abandoned by hoomans trying to flee from the Pink Blight. The largest remaining settlement is Eidolon’s Citystate, which was walled off from the affected land.

Courtesy/Manners

Hoomans are expected to wear their masks when out in public, though they are free to take them off in private spaces. It is extremely rude to try and take off a hooman's mask without them being okay with it first. Removing a hooman's mask just to see what they look like is very disrespectful.
Homeworld Hoomans are more strict on touching and showing displays of affection to each other in public.

Literature/Stories

A lot of Homeworld writing has been placed under a blacklist after Eidolon was placed into power, with many pieces of literature not available to the general population. Few writings that haven’t been green-lit under Eidolon’s rule have a generally bleak outlook considering their current climate and the Pink Blight.
