Artificial Human

Man made humanoid lifeforms that were given life by either scientist or Magi who specialize in advanced biology, all for the sake of creating ideal creatures or free labor. Many names they have been given over the last few years were clones and Homunculus.   They also posses a smaller category that just goes over anything that in a sense given life that is just refereed to as Artificial, examples consist of golems, ai, marionettes, etc.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Normally successful artificial human would naturally look like a normal human if only a little pale. Failures though would show a few genetic mutations and would typically die not long after conception.

Growth Rate & Stages

Though they can potentially grow like a normal can, most of the time they are usually force grown when the creator desires quantity and most don't really last long since they are rather considered expendable.

Additional Information

Uses, Products & Exploitation

These beings were always made further the agendas of their creator, whether it be to have expendable but 'loyal' servants, or as a means to create a perfect body.

Average Intelligence

It's pretty rare for an Artificial being to really showcase a huge display of intelligence that goes beyond what they were designed for let alone any form on individual characteristics. This was usually enforced by their creator to ensure that their creation wont rise up and kill them.

Civilization and Culture

Naming Traditions

Its rare for a member of this race to actually receive a name that isn't a number, though when they due it's usually nothing special.

History

It is widely believed that around the time where alchemy was most explored and popular among Magi one in particular who desired to see humanity improve and evolve so that no other race can surpass and achieve a form immortality found that no enchantment can ever bring his desired result. So he decided to develop a new body that can truly be deemed perfect and over the generations can spread its blood into humanity gene pool. However, he was never able to properly create a functionally able body that would make the perfect humans. His works though would be passed down over the years to be found and later finished by the alchemist Paracelsus, who created the first Homunculus, but sadly in was far from the ideal human that was envisioned.     For the next couple generations other Magi would keep attempting to create artificial lifeforms to continue the end goal of creating perfect humans, but the most that anyone has ever gotten was one that actually matched a human size and survive for a few years after birth. Eventually Magi stopped trying to create to create these beings after deeming it to costly to keep creating new ones over and over again with little payoff from the project. Years late around 1979, the A.L.P.H.A. Program stumbled upon on a Magi's old notes regarding these old experiments and figure this would benefit them greatly in the group's long term goal. By 1985 after they thoroughly inspecting the notes and a couple of test runs, they were able to develop the first Artificial Human. In 1993, after defecting from the CIA the Program began project Kode in attempt to create a perfect soldier that they can exploit and sell on the market to further fund the other projects regarding the new lifeforms. Sadly the creation of new lifeforms was put on hold after they faced a similar issues that past Magi faced in regard to never being able to make a better human, though they did survive past ten years though and made excellent test subjects when they are running low on 'volunteers'.
