Demographics
The population is relatively small and fluid but mostly consists of humans. A majority of those are members of the Knights of Andrath.
Government
The settlement is an extension of the Theocracy of Lumene though that technically makes it an illegal settlement and so it isn't widely advertised. Officially, it is a local headquarters and base for a Knights of Andrath mission and is therefore ruled by the ranking Knight-Commander as a military style outpost.
Infrastructure
The town is small but orderly with several permanent dwellings of stone including, most impressively, a stone keep. The entire town is surrounded by a wooden palisade.
History
Light's Hope was founded shortly after the end of the Great Northern War by the Knights of Andrath. It is meant to serve as a base for their operations in the area. It has continued in this capacity over the last nearly 100 years and remains a small, but permanent, fixture along the coast.
