Temkí is a city in northeastern Merema, the eastern county () of Vakúlstó, the eastern quarter (stó) of the empire of Dalra.
Like Silþa and Temekral, it was originally built by Pakrans from Laxilþía across the sea to the east, and is still mostly populated their descendants the Húlpakrans. Temkí was the first húlpakran city to be added into Dalra, and its inhabitants are among the most loyal subjects of the empire; most húlpakrans in the dalran army come from there, for example.

Demographics

Most of the inhabitants are húlpakrans and dalrans, along with a notably minority of Ebþúkans.

Architecture

Temkí boasts of a huge number of statues and other monuments dedicated to deities and heroes, rulers of old and other locals of note such as philosophers, artists and athletes. The greatest of these monuments is the Tomb of Ösax, built in honour of an ancient ruler who -following an oracle's advice- brought great prosperity to the city after he placed a sacred artifact from Takaxis in Temkí's main temple.
Another notable monument is a triumphal arch built some distance outside the main gate, between which the road is lined with sculptures of mythical creatures on both sides. The arch commemorates the day Temkí became part of Dalra.
